Imagine your youth middle school to high school level players having the opportunity to develop industry leading tech skills, such as Linux System Administration as a foundation, with attachments skills in Oracle Database Administration, Cybersecurity, Cloud, etc., all while training & competing in competitive basketball skills training, and leagues. Dynamic Mentoring Tech has developed a solution that will help elevate the community, and positive youth/adult engagements – we welcome you the “Zero to System Engineering & Basketball Program.” At whole, this platform develops youth, the absolute beginner and the professional to be poised tech professionals, athletes and impactful community members; all while the world’s leading tech skills – Linux, Multi-Cloud DevOps, Databases, Software Development and so much more!
OUR ATHLETES ARE LEAD WITH A BASKETBALL LEGEND
Lead by William Penn High School, and Kentucky Wesleyan great! Jason Hall. We develop this program simply because we know what works, as far as gainful employment and having a great time while you are doing it. We know all about basketball being a first love. But now we empower the next generation to add a trade with it. Therefore, the DMT Team decided to help make the decision to impact athletes by providing tech as an option. WHAT MAKE US DIFFERENT
Well, it’s simple we focus on tech skills that pay the bills, in which Linux System Administration is our foundation! Just think of it as our program members getting trained and certifications in Linux System Engineer, ALL while playing in basketball leagues! A very different approach to our modern educational process, but, very effective in supporting the next generation in closing the wealth gap and increasing positive youth engagement.

Well, it’s a proven system of positive youth intervention that works. The research is clear. It shows the positive impact mentoring has on young people. Here at DMT, we “build, mold and inspire” youth to growth up and be impactful citizens of society. However, here we cultivate that mindset through the vehicle of information technology.
