The Dynamic Mentoring Tech (DMT) Career & Workforce Development Partnership™ gives schools and school districts an integrated workforce-development solution designed to connect students with technology careers, skilled trades, professional mentoring, career coaching, and hands-on workforce preparation.
Through one partnership, participating students can explore two major career pathways: Technology, including Linux, cybersecurity, and cloud computing, and Skilled Trades, with an initial focus on HVAC, infrastructure, energy efficiency, and smart-building careers.
But DMT goes beyond technical instruction.
Students receive weekly live mentoring from industry professionals, career coaching, resume and LinkedIn development, mock interviews, portfolio development, hands-on projects, career exposure, and an individualized career pathway plan.

The partnership can support up to 100 students per school annually, with cohorts of up to 20 students and a 32-week instructional model that can be integrated into the school day or delivered during evenings and weekends.
DMT also works alongside school leadership, CTE teams, teachers, and counselors. The partnership includes on-campus DMT coordinator support, educator and counselor onboarding, quarterly partnership reviews, and end-of-year outcomes reporting.

Help students discover a pathway, develop real skills, build confidence, earn industry credentials, and become prepared to transition from the classroom into college, advanced training, apprenticeships, and the workforce.
An Investment in Your Students’ Future
The Annual Single-School Institutional License is $50,000 per school, supporting up to 100 students for one school year. Schools can also expand their partnership through certification vouchers, exam preparation and practice labs, DMT Workforce Accelerator seats, additional cohorts, youth academies, summer programming, and specialized HVAC workforce pathways.
For districts seeking implementation across multiple schools, DMT offers a District Workforce Partnership™ with customized multi-school pricing, district-level outcome reporting, a dedicated DMT district liaison, and annual reporting to district leadership.
