DMT SOC Analyst Accelerator

DMT Standard SOC Analyst Accelerator™

Master the Tools. Defend the Digital World.

From IT Foundations to Cybersecurity Security Operations

Don’t just study cybersecurity. Learn to detect, investigate, and respond to real-world cyber threats!

At Dynamic Mentoring Tech (DMT), we’re developing the next generation of cybersecurity professionals through hands-on technical training, expert mentorship, and real-world Security Operations Center (SOC) experience.

Our DMT Standard SOC Analyst Accelerator™ is an intensive, 3–4 month, mentor-led cybersecurity workforce development program designed to equip aspiring cybersecurity professionals with the technical skills, analytical mindset, and practical experience needed to pursue careers in today’s Security Operations Centers.

Whether you’re a high school graduate, college student, career changer, aspiring cybersecurity professional, or IT technician looking to advance your career, this program provides a structured pathway into cybersecurity operations.

Five Phases. One Cybersecurity Career Pathway.

Our training approach combines foundational technical skills, industry-recognized certification preparation, Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) specialization, hands-on threat investigations, and professional career development.

Phase 1 — Linux, Windows, SQL & Python for SOC Analysts (Weeks 1–4)

Develop the essential technical foundation required for cybersecurity operations. Learn Linux and Windows administration, command-line tools, SQL querying, Python scripting, and security log analysis.

Phase 2 — CompTIA CySA+ (Weeks 5–7)

Build cybersecurity analysis skills through threat and vulnerability management, security monitoring, incident response, risk-based prioritization, and the MITRE ATT&CK framework. Prepare for the CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+) certification.

Phase 3 — Choose Your SIEM Specialization (Weeks 8–10)

Select one industry-leading security monitoring platform and develop specialized skills in security event analysis, threat detection, investigation, and response.

  • Splunk Certified Cybersecurity Defense Analyst: Develop expertise in Splunk security searches, event correlation, dashboards, threat hunting, and security investigations.
  • Elastic Certified SIEM Analyst: Build skills using the Elastic Stack for log ingestion, detection engineering, security monitoring, timeline investigations, and threat analysis.

Students choose one SIEM specialization, allowing them to develop deeper expertise in their selected platform.

Phase 4 — SOC Capstone Project (Weeks 11–13)

Put your cybersecurity knowledge into practice through realistic SOC investigation scenarios. Analyze security telemetry, investigate suspicious activities, develop detection rules, identify potential threats, and prepare professional incident reports.

Phase 5 — Career Preparation & Job Readiness (Weeks 14–16, Flexible)

Transition from technical training to career readiness through resume development, LinkedIn optimization, mock interviews, professional mentorship, portfolio preparation, and internship placement assistance.

What Makes the DMT SOC Analyst Accelerator Different?

We don’t just teach cybersecurity concepts. We train students to perform cybersecurity operations.
