Dynamic Mentoring Tech is building a community-first pathway into real technology careers. DMT Tech Communities give aspiring and developing IT professionals a place to learn the fundamentals, practice hands-on skills, build real-world projects, and grow alongside mentors and peers.

Our weekly community experience currently features three foundational career pathways: Monday Night Linux, Tuesday Night Database, and Wednesday Night Networking. Each community is designed to take learners beyond simply studying for a certification and help them understand how the technology is actually used in professional environments.

Participants can join the weekly community sessions FREE, then expand their experience through optional DMT Lab & Project Memberships that provide hands-on environments, guided projects, assessments, documentation, portfolio development, and extended learning opportunities.

The pathways are intentionally connected:

Linux+ XK0-006 → Linux System Administration/RHCSA
CompTIA Data Sys+ DS0-002 → Oracle AI Database Administrator
CompTIA Network+ N10-009 → Network Administrator
