Whether a young adult has experienced foster care, juvenile justice involvement, housing instability, educational barriers, or simply lacked access to opportunity, we believe there is extraordinary potential waiting to be developed.

Our mission is to identify untapped talent, develop technical excellence, cultivate leadership, and connect motivated individuals with life-changing career opportunities in today’s fastest-growing industries—including Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, Linux, Cybersecurity, Networking, Database Technologies, Python Programming, and beyond.
